Andreocci Suite
This charming Tuscan-style apartment is suitable for four people. It is an ideal solution for parents with one or two children. The spacious, air-conditioned bedroom has a large canopy bed. There is a large bathroom with a shower right next to it. The second bed in the apartment (in the living room) is a comfortable sofa. Its unfolding and folding is very simple and takes a few seconds.
A fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for four people is connected to the living room. It is equipped with amenities such as a large fridge with freezer compartment, oven, four-burner gas stove, microwave and dishwasher. Of course, a coffee machine and a kettle with a supply of coffee and tea cannot be missing. The kitchen is equipped with a complete set of cutlery, dishes, pots and plates.
The apartment is located on the ground floor overlooking a courtyard surrounded by lavender and flowers.
The room has its own private bathroom with shower. Our guests can use excellent quality olive oil-based bath cosmetics. Additional comfort will be provided by bathrobes and hotel slippers. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer.

Pets
We accept the possibility of arriving with a dog or cat after prior arrangement with us. Please contact us by phone before or during booking to confirm the possibility of staying with your pet.
Cleaning
An inseparable companion of our family is Rossella, who keeps the rooms clean every day. She gives our guests exceptional Italian energy, openness and hospitality.
Breakfast
Breakfasts included in the price are served by us from 8:30 to 10:30.

Kids
On request, in selected rooms, it is possible to add an extra cot/bed. The cost of this service, including extra breakfast, is 20 euros. Potties and high chairs are available free of charge.
Laundry
A laundry service is available upon request. Special bags are in the rooms. Laundry should be placed in them and left on the bed in the morning. The cost of the service is 15 euros.
